A simple server-side mod that prevents the rain timer from being reset after sleep and gives a chance for rain to continue after players woke up.
Made this mod because I love rain and hate the vanilla feature that resets the rain timer on waking up, so if you sleep every night you won't have any rain at all in your world.
Available for Forge 1.16.3-1.16.5 and for Fabric 1.17.1.
Fabric version requires Fabric API, Cloth Config API, Mod Menu.
Rain and thunder continuation chances can be changed in mod config, and you can also disable the rain timer reset. You can change the configuration in Mod Menu (Fabric) or in the config file in your game folder (Forge).
