K-Turrets

entity type suggestion list in turret/drone UI is now clickable;
suggestion list won't contain entities that are already in the targets list;
drone will follow the owner at 1 meter higher altitude;
turrets/drones will retaliate if attacked;
turrets/drones won't hurt friendly or neutral mobs unless they are in their target list;
turrets/drones can be set to ignore a player from attacking;
spawn eggs are using a custom model now;
drones will trail the followed owner behind;
increased turret/drone detection range along Y axis;
turret/drone health will be shown above it;
fixed projectiles not hitting mobs right in front of the turret/drone;
fixed quick item moving in fire charge turret
