Just Dyna Things (Just Dire Things addon)

This will be the last 1.21.1 content version of this project , it is planned to not be updated unless hotfixes or minor tweaks (i cannot backport anything)

If you have modified the default configs of this mod , you must need to consider to update it

Changes : 
- changed ticker tick value to be configured in-game #28 (backport)
- changed ticker config entry to define the max tick value intend of the base tick value
- changed ticker recipe to use time wand intend of any time wand (backport)
- added a new recipe for the advanced polymorphic wand to keep stored content
- replaced old recipe for the advanced time wand with a new to keep stored content (backport)
- fixed solar panels doesn't work correctly when placed on JAMD / JAVD dimensions
- added a new biome tag to define biomes that will ignore daytime check
