HUD Layout 0.8.1 for Minecraft 26.3 (Fabric)
Curse Maven Snippet
What's new
This update adds NeoForge and Minecraft 26.2, and fixes the preset row that sat across the top of the screen.
New
- NeoForge build for Minecraft 26.2. Every vanilla element is movable there. Elements added by other mods are not yet: NeoForge keeps that list private.
- Fabric build for Minecraft 26.2.
- The same layout file now works on both loaders. A layout arranged on Fabric opens unchanged on NeoForge.
- /hudlayout opens the editor, for anyone who does not want to hunt for a key.
Fixed
- The seven preset buttons ran across the whole top of the screen and covered the elements underneath. They are now one Presets menu that opens and closes.
- Preset names were cut off on the buttons: "Centered" read as "entered".
- Closing the editor recalculated every element, including ones you never touched. A layout with ten hand-placed elements came out with the boss bar moved 43 px and the chat 13 px, neither of which was on screen at the time. Only what you actually change is touched now.
- A layout saved by an older build is carried over on first load, keeping every position, size and anchor.
- The layout file is checked when it loads, so a hand-edited or shared file cannot leave an element off screen or at a scale of zero.
Client-side only. Nothing is installed on the server.
