**Public release: 1.0.0 (2026-07-24).** The dated `1.0.0-1.0.9` entries
below are the internal, **unpublished** RC iterations (2026-07-22 to
2026-07-24) that the public 1.0.0 consolidates - kept as the development
record (note the RC block also has its own `1.0.0` dated 2026-07-22, the
Phase-4 internal RC, distinct from this public 1.0.0). As shipped,
**1.0.0 - first public release** = the full four-phase roster (22 ways to
bet), the decor set, the Grand Casino + Saloon + blueprints, the Coinkeep
"High Roller" quest chapter, owner-locked blocks, the $1M free-stake caps,
