- Fixed a bug that caused Herobrine to always build Altars regardless of "pursuerAltarChance" setting.
- Herobrine now appears with an Altar block in his off-hand whenever he is about to build one. Attacking Herobrine while he is holding an Altar block makes him drop it (getting too close or too far still makes him despawn and cancels the action).
- Herobrine no longer summons reinforcements between -1 and -15 reputation after he is done observing players and teleports away.
