HELM0.1.2-26.2.jar
Curse Maven Snippet
What's new
$attack
Walk to mobs and hit them. Available as $attack, with the aliases fight and hit.
$attack zombie
$attack zombie skeleton
$set attack.mode crit
$attack spider
$stop
Mobs only. Player names are refused by name, and the picker lists mobs alone, so a player cannot be targeted by accident.
Two ways to hit
attack.mode is spam or crit and can be switched at any time, including
mid-attack.
spam throws a hit every attack.intervalMillis, two hundred milliseconds
to start with. The game's own attack speed is four a second, so that default puts
every hit at full strength.
crit jumps at the mob and throws a single hit part way down, which the game
counts as a critical hit for half again the damage. Crit mode needs room: it will
not stand, and will not stop walking, anywhere without three blocks of air above
it, and pathing goes and finds somewhere it can jump from.
Fighting at a sensible distance
Distances are measured horizontally, so being above or below a mob does not count against you. Two separate numbers, because using one for both means a mob that shuffles is close enough to stop walking but too far to hit:
| Setting | Job | Default |
|---|---|---|
attack.startDistance |
When HELM stops walking | 1.5 |
attack.hitDistance |
The furthest a hit is thrown from | 2.5 |
attack.radius is quietly capped at the hit distance, because a wider radius than
the reach would park HELM somewhere it provably cannot hit from.
Seeing and keeping what you kill
The mob being hit is drawn with a glowing red outline, so it is obvious which one in a herd is next. When a mob dies, whatever it dropped is walked over and picked up before the next one is engaged.

Also changed
$set attack.modenow offers bothspamandcritinstead of only the current value, and filters as you type.- Typing
$attackopens a mobs-only picker. It previously showed the macro keyword list. $stopreportsAttacking stopped.$attackends$follow,$farm,$mine,$goto,$autogoto,$autolookatand macros, and is ended by them and by leaving the world.
