Gliders Tweaks

An add-on for Gliders that improves the overall gliding experience and provides better compatibility with other mods.

While gliding, the mod prevents actions that don't make much sense in mid-air, such as attacking, using items, or interacting with the world. However, it still allows important actions like opening your inventory, changing your hotbar selection, and using the chat.

The goal is to make gliding feel cleaner, more immersive, and more compatible with modpacks without unnecessarily restricting the player.

Main Features

• Blocks attacks, item usage, and world interactions while the glider is open.
• Hides held items while gliding.
• Reduces the hotbar opacity while using the glider.
• Adds a customizable animated indicator when the glider can be opened.
• Adds wind sounds with smooth fade-in and fade-out transitions.
• Plays stronger wind sounds while the player is gaining altitude.
• Adds support for thermal updraft blocks through tags, making integration with other mods and datapacks easier.
