What's new

Added a final photonic circuit progression which loosely follows realistic photonic semiconductor fabrication. Using components like optical oxide, SOI wafers, waveguides, indium/phosphorus processing, and active devices for making photonic circuits.

Quest log updated: Seven late-game items now branch from the combination of photonic circuits and stabilized stars.
