Description
Mod Summary
NeoTech Endgame is built most heavily around Modern Industrialization. MI provides the backbone for the mod’s progression. NeoTech Endgame adds a final layer of late-game tech for players who have pushed past normal tools and into experimental hardware. The mod focuses on absurdly high-energy phase technology: charge-based weapons, Paradox Quantum armor, remote machine access, UU-Matter utility tools, dense EMC storage, portable power tiers, and the buildable Phase Array Cannon multiblock.
Most of its gear is expensive, power-hungry, and meant to feel dangerous in the right way. These are not early upgrades or casual side tools. They are endgame projects for players who already have serious Modern Industrialization infrastructure and want something bigger to build toward.
It also ties into Equivalent Exchange with dense EMC storage and gear-charging items, Applied Energistics 2 through advanced recipes and wireless tool charging, Curios for wearable gear, and NEI/JEI/EMI for recipe viewing.
How It Fits The Pack
NeoTech Endgame is built as an endgame layer for Modern Industrialization. Its strongest recipes use MI quantum-tier materials, UU-Matter, Singularities, superconductors, batteries, and high-voltage power progression as the backbone. Some recipes also pull in Applied Energistics 2 components, tying the mod into advanced storage and automation instead of sending players down a separate crafting lane. The recipes also requre late-game Mekanism components, including radioactive containment and advanced nuclear materials, are also integrated into key recipes, connecting NeoTech Endgame to the pack’s radiation and reactor progression.
The mod also retunes MI Quantum armor and weapons so the set fits the pack's intended power curve (endgame quantum set w/ Apothic Enchanting still overpowers MI base-tuned quantum armor, allowing players to be lethal to eachother in endgame content). MI quantum gear stays strong, but Paradox Quantum equipment becomes the true final armor tier. Recipe viewers like NEI, JEI, and EMI can show the full crafting chain in-game.
Weapons And Combat Tools
Stabilized Matter Core: A late-game crafting component made from stabilized matter. It is used as a foundation for the mod's strongest tools, armor, batteries, and machines.
Phase Lance: A flexible energy weapon with three modes. Focus fires precise high-damage shots, Rift cuts through multiple targets in a line, and Nova creates explosive area damage.
Phase Railgun: A heavy charged weapon with three firing modes. Singular is a long-range piercing shot, Cascade fires a five-shot fan burst, and Breach fires a wider rupture beam with a large endpoint blast.
Prismatic Swarm: A Curios ring that creates guided phase shards. It has Auto, Burst, and Knockback modes, plus configurable targeting for enemy mobs, players, and friendly mobs.
Singularity Maul: A heavy melee weapon that charges a gravity-collapse slam, dealing large area damage and pulling nearby enemies and items toward the impact point.
Nullblade: A fast endgame sword with two modes. Armor-Piercing Stab adds bonus magic damage, while Wide Cleave splashes damage around the target.
Paradox Quantum Armor
Paradox Quantum armor is the mod's final armor tier. Each piece grants extra max health and a specialized system.
The helmet adds water breathing, optional night vision, and firewall scrubbers that clear fire and harmful effects. The chestplate adds powered flight, including a faster Creative Overdrive flight profile. The leggings provide a configurable forcefield that damages and pushes selected target types away. The boots add strong movement speed and jump support.
Utility Tools
Pocket Replicator: Stores one item imprint and uses UU-Matter plus energy to replicate that item. It can also imprint air to clear its target.
Quantum Tether: Binds to a machine or interface and lets the player remotely open it while the target chunk is available.
Void Filter: A portable item voiding tool with 64 ghost-filter slots. Picked-up items matching the filter are deleted automatically at an energy cost.
Phase Array Wrench: A blueprint and access tool for the Phase Array Cannon. It previews build direction, configures passwords, and claims formed arrays.
Aeternal Anchor Amulet: Enchantable Curios amulet that lets the player save and return to up to 5 named homes with /sethome <name> and /home <name>. Homes are stored on the player, so they remain saved even when the amulet is removed, but the amulet must be worn to use the commands.
Batteries
NeoTech Endgame adds a portable battery progression for high-draw field modules. The line starts with the Stainless Reservoir Cell, then moves through the Titanium Flux Battery, Tungsten Gravity Battery, Iridium Star Battery, and finally the Phase Array Battery.
These batteries are not just storage trophies. They automatically feed carried and equipped NeoTech modules, with higher tiers offering larger capacity and stronger transfer. The Phase Array Battery is the massive endgame reservoir, built for the mod's most demanding tools and the Phase Array system.
Dense EMC Storage
The mod adds a compact EMC storage chain for players working at extreme Equivalent Exchange values. The chain includes EMC Sovereign, Matter Bullion, Klein Lattice Cube, Aeternal Reserve Core, and Paradox Treasury.
These items compress huge amounts of EMC into placeable reserve blocks and high-value crafting currency. The top-tier EMC storage items also act like Omega Klein Stars. They can charge EMC-powered gear, and charging them unlocks even more stored EMC capacity, turning the late EMC chain into both a wealth reserve and a practical power source for Equivalent Exchange tools.
Phase Array Cannon
The Phase Array Cannon is a buildable multiblock weapon system. It uses Phase Array Casing, Phase Array Lens blocks, and the Phase Array Cannon Controller.
The controller stores power, manages targeting, handles password access, and controls Interceptor, Prismatic Swarm, and Siege firing modes. It is designed as a true endgame machine rather than a single-block weapon.
MI Explosive Retune
NeoTech Endgame also retunes Modern Industrialization's Industrial TNT and Nuke behavior for the pack.
Industrial TNT now chains by ignition or redstone into a large blast and shockwave. Nukes now create a bright nuclear flash, fallout, shockwave damage, and staged terrain destruction. The nuke effect is tuned to be more reasonable on land while still doing stronger damage to water, ice, snow, and other fluid-heavy areas.
The nuke terrain pass is throttled across ticks for server stability. This keeps the effect dramatic without dumping one enormous block update into a single server tick.
