Default width of string editor overlays is a bit wider now
Update panel scrolling to handle both X and Y axes, since this is well-supported by vanilla
- Panel#scrollPanel signature has changed
- Soft-breaking change; mods need to update to new API. They won't crash if not but panel scrolling may not function well

Fixed

Fixed execClientCommand() incorrectly stripping all forward slashes from commands (thanks @FalAut)
Fixed pose stack leak which could happen under some circumstances in sidebar rendering
