* Fixed a bug where the "players_place_persistant_froglin_eggs" value in the server config was being ignored, causing froglin eggs placed by players to hatch into non-persistant froglins even if the config value was enabled
** Be aware that this fix won't affect currently-existing egg blocks unless they are removed and re-placed by players
