Fodderfold

A Feeding Trough: fill it with food and grown animals that are ready to breed come and eat. The young never do.

What it does

• Fill a Feeding Trough with food and grown animals within 8 blocks that are ready to breed walk over and eat.
• It works like feeding them by hand: each one eats a single item, falls in love and finds a partner.
• Young animals never eat from it, and neither does an animal that has just bred.
• No herd limit: it keeps feeding as long as there is food, so stop filling it when the pen is full.
• Nine slots, any food, and hoppers can keep it filled. It shows hay when it holds food.

Needs

• Minecraft 26.3, Fabric Loader, Fabric API
• Installed on both the client and the server (it adds a block)

Fodderfold is one of the original mods written for the Emberwild Journey modpack: waystones, backpacks, runes, networked storage, villager trading, vein mining, sorting and travel, made to fit together. It also works on its own.
