Flux Foundry — Industrial Automation & Autocrafting
Build the power. Move the resources. Automate the factory.
Flux Foundry is a technology, power generation, logistics, and autocrafting mod for Minecraft 26.3 using NeoForge.
Build an industrial factory capable of generating electricity, processing raw materials, managing complex logistics networks, and automatically manufacturing items through a programmable, computer-controlled production system.
Unlike automation systems that simply move items digitally, Flux Foundry makes your factory do the work.
Your Controller plans the production. Your machines process the materials. Your Crafters assemble the components. Your pipes transport the resources.
You request it. Your factory builds it.
Automated Crafting & Production
Flux Foundry features a complete physical autocrafting foundation.
Using an Industrial Terminal, players can request items and let their factory determine how to manufacture them.
Autocrafting Features
-
Recursive Autocrafting: Automatically craft items that require multiple intermediate components.
-
Automated Machine Processing: Combine Crushers, Powered Furnaces, and other commissioned machines with crafting operations.
-
Recipe Programming: Teach your factory crafting and processing recipes through the Industrial Terminal.
-
Recipe Drives: Store up to 16 crafting or processing recipes per Basic Recipe Drive.
-
Server Hubs: Install four Recipe Drives per Basic Server Hub for up to 64 recipes.
-
Modular Crafters: Expand the number of simultaneous crafting operations by adding Crafting Modules.
-
Crafter Speed Upgrades: Accelerate individual crafting operations from 20 ticks down to 8 ticks using Basic Crafter Speed Modules.
-
Intelligent Resource Management: Use materials already in storage before manufacturing additional items.
-
Physical Item Transportation: Materials travel through actual Item Pipes and powered Item Nodes.
-
Durable Crafting Jobs: Production jobs can survive temporary power loss, broken routes, and server restarts.
-
Automatic Delivery: Finished products are transported to your Terminal for collection.
How Autocrafting Works
Imagine requesting a machine that requires Basic Circuits.
Your factory can:
-
Check storage for existing components.
-
Determine which components need manufacturing.
-
Send Sand to a Crusher to produce Silica.
-
Process Silica into Silicon using a Powered Furnace.
-
Combine Silicon, Copper, and Redstone into Basic Circuits using a Crafter.
-
Assemble the requested item through additional crafting operations.
-
Deliver the finished product to your Industrial Terminal.
All of this is coordinated by the Controller using your actual machines, inventories, power infrastructure, and physical logistics network.
The Controller knows how to build it. Your factory must have the infrastructure to make it happen.
Modular Crafter System
Build Crafters that grow alongside your factory.
Crafter Core
-
Provides one crafting lane.
-
Performs registered Minecraft crafting recipes.
-
Requires FE, Controller communication, and physical ingredients.
Basic Crafting Module
-
Adds one additional concurrent crafting lane.
-
Allows multiple crafting operations to run simultaneously.
Basic Crafter Speed Module
-
Reduces crafting time for every lane in the connected Crafter.
-
Supports four effective Basic speed levels.
-
Reduces crafting time from 20 ticks to as little as 8 ticks.
-
Increases FE consumption as crafting speed increases.
Expand capacity, increase speed, or combine both to build high-throughput production systems.
Power Generation & Energy Networks
Power your industrial empire with multiple generation technologies:
-
Coal Generators
-
Solar Generators
-
Wind Turbines
-
Geothermal Generators
-
Steam Turbines
-
Energy Cells
-
Energy Cables
Flux Foundry uses Forge Energy (FE) through NeoForge-compatible energy systems.
Build small independent power stations or larger interconnected electrical networks.
Industrial Processing
Process materials with powered machinery, including:
-
Crusher
-
Powered Furnace
-
Alloy Smelter
-
Boiler
-
Condenser
-
Water Pump
Configure machine faces for item, fluid, and energy input/output to suit your factory layout.
Use processing machines independently or integrate them into your autocrafting production lines.
Advanced Logistics
Build configurable transportation networks using:
-
Item Pipes and Extractors
-
Fluid Pipes and Extractors
-
Steam Pipes
-
Energy Cables
-
Multi-layer Conduit Bundles
-
17 independent conduit channels
-
Item and Fluid filters
-
Whitelist and blacklist controls
-
Destination priorities
-
Balanced and Round-Robin routing
-
Stockkeeper inventory management
Conduit Bundles allow multiple transport systems to share block space, helping reduce clutter in complex factories.
Industrial Control Networks
Take control of your factory using programmable industrial infrastructure.
Logistics Controller: The central computer responsible for planning and coordinating production.
Data Lines: Carry commands and control information between connected devices.
Powered Item Nodes: Execute Controller-directed item transfers through physical logistics networks.
Industrial Terminal: Access stored items, program recipes, request autocrafting jobs, and monitor factory operations.
Industrial Control follows one fundamental rule:
Control + Power + Physical Route = Operation
Data Lines transmit instructions. They do not teleport resources.
Your factory must still have working pipes, available power, and correctly configured equipment.
New Industrial Materials
Mine and process seven additional industrial resources:
-
Platinum
-
Selenium
-
Nickel
-
Tin
-
Silver
-
Lead
-
Chromium
Manufacture Silicon through industrial processing and use it to create Basic Circuits.
These materials establish the foundation for current automation hardware and future industrial technology.
Designed for Expanding Factories
Start with simple power generation and resource processing.
Expand into automated logistics, programmable production, recursive autocrafting, and modular high-speed manufacturing.
Flux Foundry combines the satisfaction of building physical industrial infrastructure with the convenience of intelligent computer-controlled production.
Build a factory that doesn't just move resources—it knows how to manufacture what you need.
