This mod makes a few changes to enhance the gameplay. This mod can be run on a server without being installed on the client.
Here's what it does, all of these features can be individually turned off:
- Spawners can be mined with Silk Touch pickaxes
- Pick Block works on spawners (If the mod is installed on the client side too)
- Slimes absorb Slime Blocks and Honey to grow
- Slimes absorb Magma Blocks to turn into Magma Cubes
- Magma Cubes absorb Magma Blocks to grow
- Magma Cubes cool into Slimes when they come into contact with water
- Blaze Powder grows Nether Warts like Bonemeal grows most other plants
- Infested Blocks break at the same speed as their normal counterparts
- Cave-ins can happen when a lot of stone is destroyed at once
As of version 2.1.0, this mod requires Fireplace Lib.
I strongly recommend using Mod Menu if this is installed on the client because that's where the Config GUI is, but it is not required.

FAQ:
Q: Why did you stop supporting Forge?
A: See this summary
So when i turn off both cave-ins and falling blocks the blocks still fall on the server, is there anyway of fixing that? or is it that im just not understanding something?
In reply to justahappypi:
Did you turn them off in the server's config and restart the server to apply the changes? If so, ones that were already falling will finish, and no more should fall.
I added this mod to a server but the silk spawner is not working. The server is running 1.17.1
In reply to gamesfrosch:
Please post a bug report on the issue tracker if this is still a problem
Just want to say how much I like the cave-ins. I've seen a few implementations of this sort of thing, and this is the first one that feels natural. You need to worry about it if you're mining ceilings, or if creepers / TNT goes off, and if it does, *run*, but it isn't just a constant problem to the point of making strip-mining impossible. Just nerve-wracking. Is good.
In reply to Mummelpuffin:
Thanks, I'm glad you like it!
Can you tag your project as a Fabric mod? Thanks
In reply to Nova_N4:
I cannot. CurseForge has removed the Fabric tag from available options, and the Fabric Tag on the mod search screen is no longer clickable, so I'm hoping they're finally working on a better way of displaying which loader(s) a mod supports.
In reply to The_Fireplace:
Yeah, I really hope they're adding a better way as well. Thanks for telling me about this; I still see the Fabric tag on many preexisting mods, so I had no idea the tag was removed.
Did you/can you include HomeCamp in this mod?
In reply to Sleepy_CA:
Home Camp is a separate mod and it will remain a separate mod.
In reply to The_Fireplace:
rgr that, thanks
This is so good.
Could you make slimes absorb other slimes too?
Is this mod completed or more tweaks will come?
In reply to RDKRACZ:
I'm planning to add at least a few more at some point.
set default max magma cube and slime size to 8. anything above that a player has no hope of defeating. 32 and above will lag a server if you try to kill it. magma cube and slimes still split even if you /kill them. so once theyre in they cant go anywhere.
In reply to ultimatey1:
Thanks for playing with the numbers and giving feedback. I'll get the defaults updated. When you say a player has no hope of defeating anything above 8, how does it compare to bosses such as the Wither and Ender Dragon? I don't particularly want to make it super hard to kill these things, but if they're about on par I think that could make an interesting boss.
In reply to The_Fireplace:
8 would be an ideal boss mob. it would be able to overwhelm any player who isnt careful enough once split up. 16 would likely be overkill. also i just found out today that 64 aka "Mega Cube Primes" are still spawning in my server in the nether. after having went in the configs to fix it, turned off growth, and set both max size to 8. for slimes and magma cubes.
In reply to ultimatey1:
Fixed in 2.1.0
