What's new

Networks and redstone

  • Keep connected emitters and rails on one shared set of settings through linking, reconnection, chunk loading and world restarts.
  • Let newly connected emitters inherit the network settings, including while the field is switched off.
  • Prevent concurrent tuner edits from overwriting unrelated settings.
  • Preserve network management permissions after restarts and network identity during Sable relocation.
  • Let one redstone input control an entire connected field, including chains of surface rails.
  • Read redstone from all sides except the detection output by default, while preserving explicitly selected input faces.
  • Keep network roots, detection outputs and checkpoint storage anchored instead of moving when an energy buffer empties.

Blocking and detection

  • Add relative entering/leaving rules for enclosed post perimeters, alongside world-direction rules and individual link overrides.
  • Allow links with their own rules to return to the network defaults.
  • Enforce link distance and require facing rails to select each other before linking.
  • Stop matching phasing mobs, including vexes.
  • Apply passage and blocking rules to mounts and riders together, closing mounted-player bypasses while retaining authorized passage and contraband holds.
  • Prevent fluids from replacing field cells and leaving permanent gaps.
  • Replace queued detection pulses with immediate output. Further crossings refresh the active pulse instead of creating a backlog.
  • Keep crossing and item counts independent of the redstone pulse, and discard old saved pulse queues.

Datapacks and KubeJS

  • Add reusable filter definitions, network presets and optional preset locks through datapacks.
  • Add commands to apply, export, enable and unlock field presets.
  • Validate datapack definitions and retain the previous definitions when a reload is invalid.
  • Preserve preset settings and locks across network connections and world loads.
  • Add optional KubeJS network controls and crossing, contraband, power and passage events on compatible loaders.
  • Synchronize scripted player passage with client-side collision handling.
  • Add documentation and examples for datapack formats, commands and scripts.

Localization and tuner controls

  • Translate menus, tooltips, item names, status messages and command feedback into Spanish, French, German, Japanese, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Brazilian Portuguese, Russian, Korean, Polish and Italian.
  • Localize nested command errors and detailed status messages.
  • Improve tuner layout, status explanations and tooltips, including clearer reasons why a field is stopped.
  • Prevent long labels and help text from overlapping controls, and show truncated text in full on hover.
  • Correct outdated detection-pulse wording and display the installed mod version consistently across loaders.

Compatibility and fixes

  • Fix a crash when placing a post above another post.
  • Fix Fabric energy consumption and Forge packaging issues.
  • Move shared settings reconciliation and text-fitting utilities into ZeroMods Core.
  • Bundle ZeroMods Core 0.1.2, including the Fabric tutorial translation fix. Use identical Core bundles in Field Emitters and Flux Pylons for matching Minecraft versions and loaders.
