Smelting got you down?  Tired of Minecraft wasting your time?  Fast Vanilla Furnaces has you covered.

With this extremely simple mod, all vanilla furnaces cook at 20x the speed.  Instead of smelting one item in 10 seconds, furnaces smelt 2 items every second.

What's the catch?  It also goes through fuel at 20x the speed.  A piece of coal still smelts 8 items, but now it burns out in 4 seconds instead of 80!

That's it.  Smelting items is faster.  What else could you ask for?

Note: When loading into an existing world, you may need to break and re-place furnaces to get them to speed up.
