Description

Fallen Traits is a content addon for L2 Hostility that adds new traits, endgame curios, and more built around the existing difficulty and trait system.

Features

New Traits

Basic Traits

  • Daywalker
    Becomes stronger during the day.

  • Nightcrawler
    Becomes stronger during the night.

  • Cloning
Creates illusion clones of itself while in combat. Clones die in one hit and explode.

  • Shredder
Steals a portion of the player's current armor while on hit. Armor is returned on death.

Legendary Traits

  • Titan
Grows in size, max health, and knockback resistance based on trait level. Incompatible with Dwarf.

  • Dwarf
Shrinks in size while gaining movement speed and dodge chance. Incompatible with Titan.

  • Devourer
Steals player HP on hit and intercepts healing in a radius, converting overheal into absorption.

  • Berserk
Greatly increases attack frequency of said entity. Only works for bosses that are patched through code, currently patched mods: Irons Spells 'n Spellbooks, T.O Magic 'n Extras, Marium's Soulsike Weaponry, L_Ender's Cataclysm. By default, incompatible with Infernal

  • Infernal
When the player stays too far away for too long, the mob becomes Enraged for a period of time - faster, stronger and lunging at the targeted player. Makes the mob never lose aggro. Only works on bosses that are whitelisted. By default incompatible with Berserk.

Curios & Equipment

  • Rage Glove
Melee hits increase damage per consecutive hit, up to a cap. Resets after taking a hit or after a short period without attacking.

  • Invulnerability Breaker
Reduces the i-frames of enemies you hit, and increases your own i-frames when you take damage.

  • Fury of the Infernal
Grants extra difficulty, increases trait frequency, makes Infernal and Berserk compatible. Damage bonuses scale with the traits of the enemy you are fighting.

  • Law of Scale
Bonuses and penalties scale based on the actual size difference between you and your target. Larger enemies take bonus damage, smaller enemies are always knocked back, and you gain attack speed or damage depending on whether you are smaller or larger.

  • Feyweight
Shrinks the wearer while granting movement speed, attack speed, and dodge chance. Larger enemies deal increased damage to you.

  • Hand of Creation
Combines the effects of multiple glove-type items and pushes them further. Grants extra ring and charm slots, stacking damage, i-frame bypass, Soul Flame application, magic protection bypass, and forces mobs to spawn with stronger traits.

  • Universal Point of Discontinuity
A mode-switching item. Right-click to cycle between Repelling, Asymptote, Pulling, and Disabled.

  • Yggdrasil Root
An improved Pocket of Restoration. Unseals multiple items at once and at increased speed.

  • Titan's Heart
Grants size, max health, armor, and increases Legendary trait frequency.

  • Divine Singularity
Cleanse no longer removes any level of beneficial effect.

  • Omniscient Looting Charm
Combines all four Looting Charms into one. Mobs cannot drop their equipment

  • Phasewalker's Ring
Dodge Chance attribute from Apothic Attributes teleports you behind the attacker instead of just avoiding damage.

  • Wrath of Fenrir
Grants bonus damage based on difficulty difference against stronger mobs, temporarily disables traits on hit, grants effect immunities, and increases enemy spawn rate.

Enchantments

  • Incarcerating Blade
Applies Incarceration on hit. Higher levels increase duration.

New Ingot Tier

Transcendent, a tier above Miracle, craft Transcendent Ingots using Transcendent Dust. This ingot serves as a core component in the mod's endgame curio recipes.

Trait Info Rework

Traits are reordered when viewed through Jade. Legendary traits now appear first with their own count, followed by regular traits, with the total trait count displayed above them. The same ordering applies to the mob's overhead nameplate.
