Initial Overhaul to 1.10.x (with module generation support)
* All world generation configuration (besides if the wasteland block falls or not) moved to a world customization screen
* Module based generation allows manipulation of many additional parameters allowing much most custom terrain
* Presets include "classic" for generation similar to 1.7.10 and 1.8.* versions of this mod.
* New "ocean" generation option
* configuration gui to set wasteland blocks to fall like gravel in client (will require a restart still)
* Modular design make newer modules, and third party addons/separate mods interact with the wasteland gen. (note to third party developers it may be a version or two before the api is fully stabilized.)
Mod pack notes:
In many cases you may wish a customized version of the wastelands terrain type as the default for your pack, to make this default for your users please look at my port of the Default World Generator mod.

Java version:
only java 8 is fully supported at this time, issues with java7 may be addressed however any issues related to java6 will *not* be.
