What's new
No major changes, mostly adding a small feature requested of me relating to the ocean generation.
* Provide ability to specify the ocean block (if oceans are enabled) allows for lava oceans, or generating other blocks in an ocean like pattern. (note the default block state will be used, and block states/meta cannot be specified at this time)
* add a new lava lake preset using the above logic
* mark release as stable since it seems there will be no major changes until mc1.13
