Back port changes in mc1.8.9 build:
* Fix generation speed (remove height calc from inner loop)
* Add optional strongholds
* increase variation height from 20-30
Note: A change to the random number generator since version 0.0.3 may cause surface elements to not line up between the old and new generation. (this only applies to those running versions 0.0.3 and below)
