Allows you to add Passive Skills to categories in datapacks, as well as use SkillDatakeys in Styles, Charged Attakcs and a few other things.

What's new
Path validators were added to the models-per-style system; now, if a model does not exist in the path, it will be considered invalid.
A problem was fixed where, sometimes, even if the model existed and everything was in order, the model was null and an attempt was made to replace it. Now, if the model is empty, regardless of the reason, a replacement will no longer be attempted.
