Encanto Candle

The Encanto Candle gives you different effects depending on what's going on around you!

With it's (relatively) cheap recipe and the seven block effect and light range, you might want to replace a few light sources around you with those new candles!

-1.16.5 uses Honeycomb instead of candles in the crafting recipe.

Conditions and effects:
Regeneration I: Being below 7 hearts
Regeneration II: Being below 2 hearts with monsters nearby.
Strenght I: If there are monsters nearby.
Haste I: Being at 10 hearts or more.
Speed I: During the night.
Taming: Any nearby tameable creatures (Like wolves) will be tamed by the nearest player to them. Constant effect.
Raining: Being below 5 hearts
Thunder: Being below 2 hearts with monsters nearby.
Clearing the weather: Right click the candle while at 10 hearts or more.
Flourishing: Passive effect. Randomly bonemeals nearby plants.
