Bugfixes

- Fixed an issue with the Solar Cooker not accepting CraftTweaker recipes

- Fixed battery input/output state not loading correctly after exit

- Fix for Biomass Generator incorrectly removing biomass item without giving power

- Increased the max energy for Biomass Generator to 100000

- Biomass Generator will continue to to process Biomass even if its energy capacity is full

- Fix for max blocks count in config for Tidal Generator

- Grow beds no longer consume water when no plants are grown on them/plants fail a growth check
