Note: If you've been keeping up to date with the other Beta releases, there are no major changes from 1.3.24-beta in this version. If you're updating from 1.3.16 (Release), please make a backup of your world just in case!

 

Features
- Added experimental Algorithmic Optimiser machine. Inspired by Machine Learning supercomputers, this block improves the efficiency and resource use of neighbouring (NSEW & up/down in configurable range) blocks. Fine-tune which boosts to apply in the Optimiser's GUI. Machines affected by the Optimiser are the Scrubber, Tissue Bioreactor, Scaffolder, Processor, Shredder, Injector and Algae Bioreactor.

 

- Added Circuit Board items. Circuit boards come in Basic, Advanced and Superior types which can be used in the Optimiser to provide increased efficiency boosts. Circuit Boards provide a number of 'cores' or points which can be assigned to specific tasks in the Optimiser.

 

- Added new Guide Light block. Acts as a torch, created from plastic and iron ingots.

 

- Added new Aquaponic Controller, Aquaponic Base, Aquaponic Port, Aquaponic Glass and Aquaponic Frame blocks. These can be used to construct the Aquaponic Tank multiblock (instructions coming soon)

 

Aquaponic Tank multiblock. This machine uses fish placed in its inventory to produce Nutrient Fluid. Having 2 or more of the same species of fish has a chance of producing a 3rd fish.

 

Battery input/output sides are now configurable in the machine's GUI

 

 

Tweaks
- Fix for Scrubber, Wind Generator and Tidal Generator animations incorrectly syncing to players on dedicated servers

- Machines now operate on a per tick basis instead of every 10 tick cycles.

- Added better hitboxes for Wind Generator, Harvester and Cooker. The Solar Panel hitboxes now act in the same way as vanilla stairs meaning you can walk over them without jumping. Note that the selection box that shows when mousing over a machine will still appear as a full cube.

- General improvements to animation system.

- Updated config values to correspond to new tick rate

- Changed MB to mB for fluids in labels

- Changed Celcius to Kelvin for Solar Cooker labels

- Fixed Bulb/Medium being removed from inventory when right clicking a Light/Grow Bed in Creative mode

- Scrubber now pushes all stored CO2 to adjacent machines

- Harvester now pushes energy in all directions to adjacent Harvesters

- Harvester animation changes

- Harvester can now harvest Industrial Hemp from Immersive Engineering.

- Fixed incorrect fluid and energy labels in Algae Bioreactor

- Added block for new Optimiser machine (currently non-functional)

- Energy Generators will now push energy to the last generator block in a row as well as to a non-energy generating block. For example, a row of solar panels can be connected together in a row and all power can be pulled from the last panel in the row.

- Changed Battery model, textures and tooltips.

- Mousing over the progress bar on all machines will now show progress percentage

- Clicking the progress bar on all machines will now open JEI recipes (where installed)

- Plastic Waste item from Rats mod is now accepted by the Shredder

- Added JEI support for Optimiser and DIffuser

- Fix for broken Scrubber recipe

- CraftTweaker support for Waste Collector

- Configuration file fields which use double/float values now have the value type in brackets in the description

- Fix for Solar Cooker configuration max heat

- Fix for missing JEI GUI textures for Grow Bed and Light

- Fix for incorrect default configuration values for food item hunger

- Wind Generators can now be placed sideways and upside down.

- Fix for Diffuser JEI image
