Features

- Added new Guide Light block. Acts as a torch, created from plastic and iron ingots.

- Added in-GUI link to JEI recipes for machines

- Removed limit to all integer values in configs

- Tweaks to Algae Bioreactor, Tissue Scaffolder and Scrubber default configs (now require more energy, water and operate slower etc)
