ELITE TENSURA MOD — PROPRIETARY LICENSE

This license governs use of the Elite Tensura mod software ("the Mod"),
including all compiled class files, source code, assets, data files,
configuration files, and any other files distributed as part of the Mod.

1. GRANT OF USE

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to:

  a) Install and use the Mod on a personal Minecraft client or a private
     Minecraft server for personal, non-commercial enjoyment.

  b) Include the Mod in a modpack, provided that:
       - The modpack is distributed freely (no direct charge for the
         modpack download itself). Earnings from platform-native reward
         programs (e.g., CurseForge Points, Modrinth payouts) are
         expressly permitted.
       - This license file is included unmodified alongside the Mod.
       - Clear credit is given to the author in the modpack description.

  c) Create and publish videos, screenshots, or other media featuring
     the Mod, provided clear credit is given to Elite Tensura and its author.

All rights not expressly granted in this Section 1 are reserved by the
author.

2. RESTRICTIONS

You may NOT, under any circumstances:

  a) Decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or otherwise attempt to
     derive the source code of the Mod, except where expressly permitted
     by applicable law and only to the extent permitted by such law.

  b) Copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative
     works based on the Mod or any portion thereof, including extracting
     textures, models, animations, sounds, data files, or other assets
     for use in any other project.

  c) Redistribute, sublicense, sell, rent, lease, or otherwise transfer
     the Mod or any rights in the Mod to any third party, except as
     explicitly permitted in Section 1(b) above.

  d) Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright notices, license notices,
     or author attributions contained in or accompanying the Mod.

  e) Use the Mod, or any portion of its code, assets, or systems, as a
     basis for another mod, plugin, addon, or software project without
     express written permission from the author.

  f) Host the Mod for download on any platform other than those
     officially designated by the author (e.g., CurseForge, Modrinth
     pages owned by the author).

  g) Use the Mod on a commercial server (i.e., a server that charges
     players for access) without express written permission from the
     author. Server monetization through EULA-compliant cosmetics
     sold by the author's own official server is not affected by this
     clause.

  h) Use the Mod, or any portion of its code, assets, or text, for
     training, fine-tuning, evaluating, or otherwise developing any
     machine-learning model, artificial-intelligence system, or
     dataset intended for such purposes.

3. DEPENDENCY ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

This Mod is an addon built upon "Tensura: Reincarnated" by ManasMods and
ManasCore. Use of this Mod requires those dependencies and is subject to
their respective licenses in addition to this license.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The Elite Tensura mod is inspired by the "That Time I Got Reincarnated as a
Slime" (Tensura) franchise by Fuse and published by Kodansha. All franchise
names, characters, and terminology belong to their respective owners. This
Mod is an unofficial fan creation and is not affiliated with, endorsed by,
or connected to the original creators or licensors of the Tensura franchise.

The original code, systems, mechanics, and assets created for this Mod
(excluding franchise-derived names and concepts) are the intellectual
property of the author.

5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE MOD IS PROVIDED "AS IS," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR
IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY,
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL
THE AUTHOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER
IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF, OR IN
CONNECTION WITH THE MOD OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE MOD.

6. ENFORCEMENT

Violations of this license will be enforced, including without limitation
via DMCA takedown notices to hosting platforms and through platform
abuse-report systems (e.g., CurseForge, Modrinth, GitHub).

7. TERMINATION
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Any rights granted under this license terminate automatically and immediately
if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must
destroy all copies of the Mod in your possession.

8. SEVERABILITY
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

If any provision of this license is held to be unenforceable or invalid
under applicable law, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the
minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in
full force and effect.

9. LICENSE VERSIONS

Each release of the Mod is governed by the license file distributed with
that release. The author reserves the right to modify license terms for
future releases of the Mod.
