Curse Maven Snippet
What's new
[1.0.2.0]
The nation update. Nations gain a real economy — a treasury that earns, pays and can fall into debt — and three systems that spend it: perks, missions and contracts. Wars were rewritten from one-off challenges into declared point campaigns. On top of that: a full seasonal progression layer (a track with daily goals, a permanent Legacy shop, server-wide modifiers, season-exclusive titles and a boss siege finale), two new Ultimate skills, a new spell, a second calamity boss, and a pass on nation crafting, perks and crates.
Added — Nation Treasury & Economy
- Per-nation treasury (requires the Ultimate Banking System addon). Deposits, withdrawals and
a full treasury tab in the nation screen, plus
/etnation treasurycommands. - Income sources — a configurable slice of member cash pickups is split between the nation treasury and a central bank reserve; territory income scales with claimed chunks; disbanding refunds a share to members.
- Treasury-paid level-ups — nation levels can now be bought with treasury funds instead of waiting on passive progression.
- Perk shop — timed, nation-wide buffs purchased from the treasury, with a perks tab and live expiry timers.
- Daily upkeep billing — nations are billed each in-game day. Unpaid upkeep drives the treasury negative into debt, and while in debt all nation bonuses are suspended — achievement, mission and perk bonuses included, on login as well as live. An upkeep banner on the treasury tab makes the state visible.
- Wartime withdrawal lock (configurable) — treasuries cannot be drained mid-war.
- A nation's treasury now earns a small amount of daily interest on a positive balance.
Added — War: Point Campaigns
Wars are no longer accept/decline challenges. A nation declares war and a scored campaign runs to a deadline.
- A warmup period before the war goes active, then a scored campaign to a deadline, with configurable cooldown and grace windows.
- Territory-weighted scoring with diminishing returns, synced live to a war panel.
- War bounties on enemy members, declare costs paid from the treasury, and spoils paid out of the loser's treasury.
- New declare/bounty/status commands and Voice of the World lines for campaign events.
Added — Nation Missions
- Cyclical objectives that roll on a global timer, granting temporary nation-wide buffs on completion.
- A missions tab with countdowns, mission commands, and a scoring weight for completions.
Added — Contracts & Bounties
- Contract board — nations post item-delivery contracts backed by treasury escrow, with automatic expiry and refunds.
- PvP bounties — post a bounty on a player, let others top it up, and the treasury pays out automatically on the kill. Posting and claiming are announced.
- In-game posting —
+ Contractand+ Bountybuttons on the board let you pick the requirement and reward straight from your inventory./etcontractcommands unchanged. - Players with an active bounty — theirs or one placed on them — now get a login reminder.
Added — PvP Protection
- Player-vs-player kills can now be configured to no longer transfer EP or soul points from the loser to the killer.
Added — Season System
- Chronicle — a seasonal progression track with daily objectives and tiered rewards. Each season ends with a final payout based on your standing on the leaderboard.
- Legacy Carry-Over — points earned this season convert into permanent Legacy Points that never expire. Spend them anytime in the Legacy shop on exclusive cosmetics, including the new Dawnrise login aura (a glowing ring effect that plays whenever you join the world, sized to match your character).
- Mutators — every season rolls one server-wide buff and one twist that changes the rules for everyone until the season ends: faster or slower EP gain, cheaper or pricier skills, better or worse mob drops, tougher calamities, free forge attempts, and more. Announced on login and visible on the Season tab.
- Season Titles — 11 new titles tied to season milestones and the current mutators, including a full Chronicler rank line and titles that only appear during specific twists.
- Finale Siege — every season closes with a multi-wave boss siege event.
- Nation Season Ladder — nations also compete for season points, earned through wars, missions and the Finale.
- New Season tab on the main progression screen with Chronicle and Legacy sub-tabs.
Added — New Ultimate Skill: Hephaestus, Lord of Creation
- Five modes: Reforge (safely rebuild a forged item's stats), Engrave, Conjure Arms, Hammer of Creation, and Chains (bind an enemy in place).
- Ore Sense toggle — see ore through walls.
- Divine Hand — one free forge minigame attempt per day.
- While slotted, gives your nation's crafters a passive bonus.
- Evolves from mastering Creator and Godly Craftsman.
Added — New Ultimate Skill: Gaia, Lord of Earth
- A territorial skill — you hit harder and your effects last longer while standing on your own nation's claimed land, and weaker on hostile land (a war lifts that penalty entirely).
- Five modes: Tectonic Spikes, Stone Grasp, Sculpt, Vein Bloom, and Geomancy (permanently raises how much magicule a claimed chunk of land can hold).
- Bulwark — an aura buff for nearby allies — plus a fall-damage immunity passive.
- Evolves from mastering Earth Wall and Stone Shot, with a nation requirement.
Added — New Magic: Gravity Well
- A third custom spell. Hold to charge, release to conjure a crushing gravity well that pulls enemies toward its center and crushes them — the pull and the damage both get stronger the closer they're dragged in.
- Holding the charge longer once mastered creates a bigger, longer-lasting well.
- Learned by mastering Burden.
Added — New Calamity Boss: Gravebound Colossus
- A second calamity boss — a stationary siege monster that hides behind a breakable shield you need to shatter with coordinated hits before it starts taking real damage.
Added — Nation Perks & Crafting
- Forge crafting now counts toward nation missions and achievements, and top-quality crafts earn score for your nation during a war.
- New nation perk, Forge Boon, boosts crafting for everyone working inside your nation's territory.
- Nations get a discount on forge station upgrades that scales with nation level.
- 8 new purchasable nation perks: Spawner Overclock, Golden Ledger, Honored Name, Charter of Industry, Bond of Souls, Deep Pockets, Defender's Resolve and Magicule Attunement (priced roughly $100k–$2M).
Added — Crates
- Common, rare and elite crate loot tables expanded.
- Crates now drop from more places: winning a war (the top scorer gets a better key than everyone else), completing nation missions, and killing a calamity boss — all toggleable per-server.
- Crates can be previewed before opening — right-click (or attack) one to see its odds without spending a key.
Added — Codex & UI
- Titles, Records and Synergies are now one unified Codex screen with tabs, a search bar, and badge counters showing how much is left to unlock.
- New Death Recap screen — shows the last few hits you took leading up to a death.
Added — Other
- Create compacting recipe for hihiirokane ingots.
/etadmin discord reload— hot-reloads the Discord bridge without a restart.
Changed
- Mana/aura regeneration is now a percentage of your maximum instead of a flat rate.
- Territory income and war spoils rebalanced; perk costs rebalanced against mission rewards.
- Nation screen now fits all six tabs in one row (the Perks tab previously overlapped its own Buy buttons).
- Kaioken's battle aura now changes color as you push further: deep red at x2, orange at x3, gold at x10, and white-hot at x20 — so others can tell how far a Saiyan has pushed the transformation at a glance.
- All title synergies were rebalanced onto one consistent power curve, and 13 new synergies were added on top.
- Discord and Voice of the World now announce several events that were silently missing before: race evolutions, Unique/Ultimate skill mastery, spirit contract upgrades, Demon Lord/True Hero awakenings, skill transfers between players, Harvest Festival entry, and possession takeovers.
- Removed a duplicate chat message some skill evolutions were printing twice — evolutions now announce once, through Voice of the World.
Fixed
- Discord relays were dedicated-server-only — chat, death and join/leave relays now fire on singleplayer and LAN worlds too.
- Duplicate Discord gateway sessions relayed every Discord message twice.
- Chat relay canceled by chat-format mods — the relay no longer depends on the event surviving other mods' formatting.
- Nation treasury amounts were off by 100× due to a banking API mismatch — now corrected.
- Beelzebuth's Predation used the wrong copy chance and could re-roll unique skills the holder already owned.
- Contract top-up no longer stores a stale requirement; reward slots and cash amounts are now validated.
- Several upkeep-billing edge cases fixed: billing day, debt reconciliation, and debt no longer going negative without bound.
- Calamity bosses no longer spawn right on top of world spawn or without enough players online to fight them, and a boss can no longer stay alive forever if the server restarts or empties out mid-fight.
- Calamity damage dealt through pets, projectiles and subordinates is now correctly credited to the player who caused it.
- Beelzebuth's Soul Consume no longer drains an excessive amount of magicule.
- Fixed a title that pointed at the wrong evolution stage.
- Fixed the Walpurgis council cooldown display.
- Fixed an Uncommon-tier plushie showing the wrong rarity label in chat.
