- Gamerule for a debuff for naming other players. Lose 15% of total EP for naming others

- Made the Walpurgis Seal useable. Gives more votes during Walpurgis and perks when held in your inventory. (Configurable)
- Voice changes to TTS. Now supports Google/ElevenLabs if you set it up. instead of just Narrator
