🚀 Economia v1.3 - Global Baltop & Data Synchronization Update

We are excited to release Version 1.3! This update introduces a major community-requested feature, robust backend data improvements, and essential bug fixes.

✨ What's New

• Global Leaderboard (/$ baltop): Added a brand-new top ranking command to check the richest players on the server.
• Online & Offline Tracking: The leaderboard fully tracks and displays both active online and offline users, ensuring rankings are always accurate and complete.
• Persistent NBT Storage: Upgraded TransactionManager to securely store and load player usernames and balances via world data, preventing users from dropping out of rankings.
• Real-Time Data Syncing: Player transfers and admin commands (set, get, rmv) now instantly synchronize with the core transaction manager.

🛠️ Improvements & Bug Fixes

• Auto-Sync Execution: The /$ baltop command automatically syncs active online players' stats the moment it is executed.
• Audio Feedback Fix: Replaced leftover placeholder/empty sound events in administrative command procedures with proper audio cues.
• Optimized Data Handling: Improved background processing to keep player records clean and reliable.
