Fixes

Nether Cleanup: Removed "big stone walls" from the Nether.
World Gen: Rivers no longer spawn in incorrect dimensions.
Structure Placement: Fixed structures floating or spawning on rivers.

Generation

+River Hierarchy: Added small rivers that now naturally flow into larger ones.
Flow Improvements: Slightly tweaked water flow logic (still a work in progress). Reduced cases where water would hit sharp turns and flow directly into walls instead of continuing naturally.

Added Config

Added River Flow Speeds to customize current strength for:
-Players, Animals, & Items: Individual speed multipliers.
-Default Speed: Global setting for generic entities.
-Custom Speeds: Set specific speeds for any entity
