After the mod being loaded at least once, a common config file will be made that will let you tweak some end island-dragon fight features.
The list of current tweaks is:
Should a Dragon egg spawn on each and every Dragon death?
Should the Ender Dragon naturally spawn on world generation?
Should it be possible to summon the Ender Dragon with the use of End Crystals?
Should the exit portal generate?
Should the exit portal be open upon wold generation?
Should a Gateway be generated upon wold generation?
Should End Spikes generate on world generation?
If you're using the Endergetic Expansion mod, you will also need to use the Endergetic Addon I have maid for this mod for all of the settings to work properly, due to Endergetic using a different DragonFightManager class for their mod.
