"The Mod" means Dragon Block: Tenkaichi: its source code, compiled files, textures, models,
sounds, translations, data files and documentation as published by the copyright holders.
"Addon" means a separate project that depends on, extends or integrates with the Mod without
containing the Mod itself.

1. Use. You may download, install and play the Mod, on single-player worlds and on servers
   (including servers that accept donations, as long as access to the Mod's content is not sold).

2. Addons. You may create, publish and distribute Addons for the Mod, free of charge or not, provided
   that:
   a) the Addon does not include, bundle or reupload the Mod or any substantial part of its code or
      assets; it must require users to obtain the Mod from an official source;
   b) the Addon is clearly labelled as unofficial and not made by the authors of the Mod;
   c) the Addon may call the Mod's public classes, events and data formats, and may reference its
      identifiers (for example "dbtenkaichi:...") and datapack formats.

3. Modpacks. You may include the Mod in a modpack only if the pack downloads the unmodified Mod
   from an official distribution page (for example via CurseForge or Modrinth references) and the
   modpack is distributed free of charge.

4. Restrictions. Unless you have prior written permission from the copyright holders, you may NOT:
   a) reupload, mirror or redistribute the Mod or modified versions of it;
   b) publish a fork or derivative of the Mod as a standalone mod;
   c) sell the Mod, put it behind a paywall, or otherwise make money from the Mod itself, including
      through ad-gated download links;
   d) claim the Mod, or any part of it, as your own work.

5. Contributions. Contributions submitted to the official repository (for example pull requests)
   are licensed to the copyright holders under the terms of this license and may be included in
   the Mod.

6. Third-party rights. Dragon Ball and all related names and characters are trademarks of their
   respective owners (Bird Studio, Shueisha, Toei Animation, Bandai Namco). This is an unofficial,
   non-commercial fan project and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any of them. No assets have
   been extracted from official games or anime. This license grants no rights over those trademarks.

7. No warranty. The Mod is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. In no event shall the
   authors be liable for any claim, damages or other liability arising from the use of the Mod.

The copyright holders may grant additional permissions on request.
