+ Added DTN Built-in Pack that provides a cheaper conducting bone recipe. It can be accessed
and enabled at the Datapack Menu of the Create World Screen or via the /datapack command.
+ Dog Ally Check is now able to detect ally for other Tamables having their owner allied to
the Dog's owner but is in a different dimension.
+ Option to allow Standing Non-Following Docile (Wander Mode) Dogs to not loose hunger.

Dog Navigation Improvments:
# Drastically reduced cases where Dogs might accidentally "Crash" into lava while navigating near it:
Dog now begin "Sneaking" while pathing when it is approaching certain Nodes that:
Contains Danger Type
Either is the End Node of the Path or its y is different than the previous Node (or the Dog's
y block if it is the First Node).
The closer it is from the Node, the slower it sneaks.
While it is sneaking, it won't push and be pushed by other Allied Dogs.
# Dog Go Away From Fire logic now checks for burning block for every block bellow the dog that its
Bounding Box touches.
# Dogs are now able to start Going Away From Fire on non full-collision block like Soul Sand.
# Dog don't float in liquid when pathing to a Node that is below it.
# Dog now bypass liquid push if Path-ing
# More accurate jumping
# Dog will not go to a position that is next to a burning block and the block below it is not a full
collision block (e.g A position next to lava with Soul Sand as the block below)
# Fix Dog occasioally stops path-ing due to the path being unecessary polluted with BLOCKED Nodes.

# The system now only check when a Dog is about to join the world and not when reading its nbt.
