+ Added Doggy Artifact Sys:
+ Each dog can have up to 3 artifacts equiped, each artifacts provides a temporary function
opposed to the permanent function that talents provide.
+ Removed Floating Effect from Pillow Paw 5.
+ Added Feathered Mantle Artifact :
+ An extra step for Pillow Paw 5 dogs to float.
+ Added several items as a replacement to its predecessor:
+ Shrinking Mallet: Replacing Tiny Bone
+ Magnifying Bone: Replacing Big Bone
+ Canine Tracker: Replacing Radar
+ Energizer Stick: Replacing Chew Stick
+ New treat textures! Yum!
* Fixed and improved dog run away from fire logic
+ Puppy Eyes now increase your reputation instead.
* Fix Water Holder dog repeatedly extinguish themselves while jumping in lava.
+ (Configurable) Dog's Name Tag now renders completely grayed out if he does not belongs
