Add a command /dimtp to help you switch between dims easily.

This is a very simple server-side only mod with only one class.

It adds a /dimtp <dim> <position> command to help you switch between dims easily.

The 'position' arg is optional, if it's not defined, your x & y & z won't change on the dimensional teleport.
