This update redesigns the Digital Storage Accessor screen and improves Tom network detection.

What's New

• Redesigned the accessor screen with clearer Storage, Network, Upgrade, and Optimization panels.
• Automatically analyzes the connected Tom network whenever a bound accessor screen is opened.
• Healthy networks now stay visually clean instead of displaying rows of zero-value diagnostics.
• Duplicate endpoints, failing inventory hoppers, migration recommendations, and migration progress appear only when relevant.
• Improved controller permission feedback: Clear Binding remains visible but is disabled for non-controllers.
• Corrected storage volume and network score wording.

• Added /digitalstorage stats deep for an exact full inspection.
• Clarified and regression-tested the intentional 2,147,483,647 item safety limit per exact item variant.
• Existing stored items above that limit remain extractable.
