Digimobs

This is primarily a bug fix for the last update. You can see further notes in the previous changelog!

Of note for this update:

-Tamed digimon can no longer be leashed.

-Added a config option for regular vendor NPCs. Assuming this doesn't horribly break something, I will add config options for weapon, armor, and food vendors next update.
