The first build for 1.19.2!

Once this reaches a stable enough version, I'll start porting to 1.19.4 and 1.20.1.

 

- Featuring a good amount of changes throughout the mod (too many and too small to detail most of them)

- This release primarily includes a significant set of reworks to the 4 Elite raiders. They are much more powerful now.

- Standard raiders have gone through a pass as well, with more dedicated work planned for a future release.

- Config is planned to be reworked as well.
