DAPEXO (Data Attributes + PlayerEX + OwO Forge Fixes)

Data Attributes crashes with Apotheosis; rather, Apothic Attributes does. This fixes that. (server-sided)

PlayerEx/Data Attributes crashes with critical chance and Epic Fight; this fixes that. (server-sided)

OwOLib has a handshake issue on servers, causing the need for a startup flag, which normally throws for both client and server, but this fixes that. (server-sided)

Goal:

PlayerEX is a great mod with no Forge support for the most part. I don't blame them; it's a daunting and annoying task. This attempts to bridge any issues people using the mod face, including myself.
