+Alchemy reagents now show the name of their effect in JEI
*Fixed not being able to join servers

Several machines which are read by or use circuits have had formulas change to take advantage of negative values:

*The Temperature Regulator now works in Celcius instead of Kelvin. This goes for the basic variant as well.
*Redstone heat cables now output temperature in Celcius instead of Kelvin
*Heat Reservoirs now output temperature in Celcius instead of Kelvin
*Clutches now output the speed WITH the sign for the direction (instead of the absolute value)
*Wind turbines now output their power output, instead of 20 + power output

*Circuits now read the temperature on the heat reservoir in Celcius instead of Kelvin

Existing setups may need some tweaking due to the circuit-machine formula tweaks
