Create: Deko-Fabrik

Machines that turn raw metal into finished, colourful parts, built to feel like Create.

Create: Deko-Fabrik adds a bending machine, a paint machine and a spray gun to Create. It is also the shared base for the Deko-Fabrik family of decoration addons.

Features

Bending Brake

• Runs on rotational force, with visibly moving gears
• Bends iron sheets into door panels or housing panels
• A filter on top of the machine picks the shape
• Works with belts and depots, so it fits into automated lines

Paint Booth

• Paints objects from the Deko-Fabrik addons as they pass through on a belt
• Takes paint through ordinary Create pipes
• Runs on rotational force as well

Spray Gun

• Repaint placed objects by hand, without breaking them
• Holds 1000 mB of paint, and each spray uses 25 mB (40 sprays per fill)
• Fill it by crafting, with a Spout or with a bucket

16 Paint Colours

• Mix any dye with water in a Mechanical Mixer
• Paint is a normal fluid, so you can pump, pipe and store it

• Ponder scenes for the machines

How It Fits Together

Iron ingot → Create press → iron sheet → Bending Brake → panels → crafting → Paint Booth → finished object in colour

On its own, this mod adds the machines, the paint and the parts. The finished decoration comes from addons, such as Deko-Fabrik: School (coming soon).

Schematics

The machines use block entities. If your server uses a schematic checker with a whitelist, add dekofabrik to it if you want to print the machines from schematics. Each addon needs its own entry.
