Changes 9.4.3:
- Screaming Graves - "When prayer fades, the grave remembers. And silence gives way."
Screaming Graves appear when decorative graves accumulate too much corruption, caused by the excessive use of ancient rites or the improper use of grave souls.
Each grave has a corruption level that changes based on player actions.
Corruption decreases over time (faster during Spring Bloom) and when prayers are performed at the grave.
It increases when certain items are enchanted using grave souls, when ancient rites are used intensively in a short period of time and if a blue soul is partially used.
When a grave exceeds a critical corruption threshold, it becomes screaming: rejects rituals and enchantments, throws bones at nearby players, causing slowness, whispers or groans may be heard, loses all decoration leaving only a spectral halo and moving glyphs.
To use the grave again, its corruption must be reduced to a minimum.
- updates spanish translation (courtesy of ArrivedBog593)
- increases chance for blue soul
- displays decorative grave's corruption in Jade & TOP
- chance for soul is by default 25% every 10 minutes
- reduces prayer cooldown to 1 hour by default
- compress sounds
- removes April Fools' Day event
Changes 9.4.2:
- adds "Rite of Silent Bond" archives related to a riddle to unlock the second forgotten knowledge
- replaces "written books" with "scrollable scrolls" for forgotten knowledge
Note that the file was published again to fix a "sided error" on dedicated server
Changes 9.4.1:
new event: Spring Bloom (March 10th-31st) - "A breath of spring invades the world of the dead."
During this period:
- Grave Guardians wear spring-themed outfits and offer new trades
- a new flower, Thornveil, can spawn around Decorative Graves at night (even if players are sleeping)
- Decorative Graves are adorned with flowers
- new event-exclusive advancements & several perks are temporarily increased
- Potion of Earthly Garden now requires a Thornveil to be brewed
The event can be tested before the official date via the config "force_special_event" in "tombstone-common.toml"
The Easter event is removed (all related items have also been removed)
Feedbacks are welcome
