item block ids displaying in the conflict files
free ids for items should be 4095 - 256 + 1 as those before are reserved for itemblocks
free ids for blocks should be split into terrain gen(<=255) and non terrain gen(+256)
free ids now use id chunks api as it's cleaner and generally faster
