fixed many issues with the auto config
added configuration hooks for both the items and blocks which allows great detection and less configuration for the user
added passable nullables detection
added unconfigured id detection for items and blocks
redid the conflicts format to be easier to understand and read
fixed specified configuration files won't fire if it's under a blacklisted domain
fixed block_gen properties generating over 255 with the auto config
fixed custom vanilla data types wouldn't generate from the same categories that the auto config already touched
