Adds some features for those Civilization events youtubers do.
-Disables Chat
-Adds multiple spawn points instead of just one world spawn
-forces players to meet by chance or coordinate by pigeon

-Pigeons
-- Little white birds that fly around - try to feed one to pick it up. Right click the air with a seed in the offhand and a Pigeon in the mainhand to bind it to you. Then, if you give it to a friend, they can put it in a Pigeon Coop until they need to send you a letter or item. This is essentially just meant to be a more difficult way of communicating across long distances.
-Pigeon Coops
--A place to store your Pigeons - Right click coop that has a pigeon in it with a seed to bind the Pigeon to the coop instead of a player, right click the pigeon with an item to send that item to whoever or whatever Pigeon Coop it is bound to. If a Pigeon returns with an item to its coop, you can right-click the coop with an empty hand to remove said item.
