What's new

v 0.1.0

Added

  • Particles in the scenes, drawn in Cinematic Interactions' style. Liquid in a basin churns round the mixer's whisk with rings, flung drops and bubbles, and boils harder over a lit Blaze Burner. A spout's stream falls in drops, water spirals into an Item Drain, and wind follows whatever a Weighted Ejector throws along its real flight path.
  • More of them at the other machines. A fan's air streams across the depot in the colour of what it does, the press and the deployer leave an impact ring, the saw and the millstone throw chips of the item and dust, a Blaze Burner sheds embers, crafters spark when a craft finishes, and a turning valve or crank drags a few streaks of air round with it.
  • Particle settings under Config → Particles: all of them on or off at once, an amount from 0 to 100%, whether the game's own Particles option counts, and a switch for each block. They cover Cinematic Interactions' sparks in these scenes too.

Fixed

  • The screen no longer turns the liquid's colour when a basin mix finishes. The flash was meant as a faint tint, but the fluid's colour carried its own alpha, so it was drawn opaque for about a third of a second.
  • The Mechanical Saw's blade stays visible when you work it from its end. The blade is a flat texture that vanishes edge-on, so from there the whole scene turns 40° around the table: camera, shape dial, hands and where you stand.
  • No more enchanting-style circle under a Weighted Ejector's raised plate. It was the busy marker, now gone at every block. The hint line, the red glow and the hand held back still say a machine is busy.
