Catwalks Inc.

Large parts of mod were rewritten and and a bunch of things removed. Paint rollers, paintscrapers and painted catwalks are no longer present and unlikely to be added soon unless I find how to implement them in the fun way.

Changes:

• Catwalk, Cage Lamps and Crank Wheel now provide libmultipart parts, so you can combine them within a block, including things from other mods using libmultipart
• Wrench texture changed to simpler, more recognizable shape and using iron tools palette
• Iron Rod changed to use iron tools palette too instead of cauldron palette
• Using `#c:wrenches` tag for everything, so it's no longer limited to the wrench provided by the mod
• Catwalks now convert to stairs when placed diagonally one block above and one to a side, before stairs would only be placed when placing catwalk one block down and one to a side
• Caged Ladder no longer has item form, instead Catwalk blocks convert to the ladder when placed in column
• Caged Ladders also have full block outline when holding Catwalk in hand to simplify building
• fixed many smaller issues and bugs
