CanopyFade makes waiting around for leaves to disappear a thing of the past.
Once leaves lose their normal vanilla support, CanopyFade immediately speeds up their decay. The canopy progressively fades away and is typically gone in about two seconds, while preserving Minecraft's normal leaf-support rules, drops, and player-placed leaves.
CanopyFade is intentionally lightweight and focused on one job: faster leaf decay.
