Camp Board
A physical project board designed for camps, towns, SMPs, and collaborative Minecraft builds.
Camp Board introduces a placeable, interactive board that helps players coordinate projects, manage tasks, collect building materials, propose new ideas, and preserve completed projects—all from inside Minecraft.
What It Does
Camp Board gives collaborative servers a central place to answer important questions:
- What should we build next?
- Which materials are still missing?
- Who is working on each project?
- Where are our builds located?
- What has the community suggested?
Simply place a Camp Board and open its interface to begin organizing your community's projects.
Features

Tasks
Organize larger projects into individual tasks so everyone knows what needs to be done.
Players can volunteer to help with tasks, while project leaders and administrators can mark tasks as finished.
Materials
Keep track of the resources required for your builds.
Camp Board provides virtual material storage, allowing players to deposit requested items into the board and withdraw them when necessary.
This is especially helpful when working with Litematica schematics and predefined material lists.
Suggestions
Let community members submit ideas for upcoming projects without immediately adding them to the official project list.
Administrators can review these suggestions and decide which ideas should become active projects.
Locations
Save coordinates for your projects directly in the board.
Camp Board automatically converts coordinates between the Overworld and Nether, making it easier to plan travel routes.
Archive
Move completed or inactive projects into an archive instead of permanently deleting them.
Maintain an organized project board while retaining your server's building history.
Server Friendly
Camp Board is intended for smaller, trust-based Minecraft communities.
Project information is stored as editable JSON files within the world directory:
serverconfig/campboard/
Individual board data is stored under:
serverconfig/campboard/boards/
Automatic backups and administrator maintenance commands are also included.
